Cancellation Policy

To confirm your appointment, full payment is required at the time of booking. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 3 days in advance. Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before your appointment to avoid a non-refundable deposit fee (based on the service), which will be deducted from any refund. We appreciate your understanding as each session requires detailed planning and preparation. Please note that once services are completed, they are non-refundable.
